FORMS
The form package consists of a choice of over 500 different forms.
Existing Forms are in word format and are programed with the following variables:
- Company Name
- Form revision date
- Technical Publications e-mail (where applicable)
- Maintenance Operations e-mail (where applicable)
- Operations Control e-mail (where applicable)
Customers have the option for the forms to be active.
- The active forms will be accessed from within the manual or the forms website and after being filled out they will be forwarded to the programmed e-mail recipient(s).
- Customer will have the option to have the active form data feed into a database.
The active forms will be accessed from within the manual or the forms website and after being filled out they will be forwarded to the programmed e-mail recipient(s) and the data will be stripped off and deposited into a database.
The working forms will be in PDF format and imported into each FrameMaker document from a single source folder. Each form in the manual will have a link to the Forms Website.
